Refund and Returns Policy

At Stone Centre, we care about the quality of our products and making sure you’re happy with your purchase.
Since natural stone is a natural material, and many products are made to your specifications, our return and refund policies are based on the rules below.

1. Return Eligibility

We only accept returns if the product meets the return conditions.

The product must be:

  • Not used.
  • In the same condition as when it was delivered.
  • Returned within the return period.

2. Return Request Period

You can ask for a return within 7 days of getting the product.

You need to tell us briefly about the problem and send clear photos or videos of the product.

3. When Returns Are Accepted

We accept returns only for these reasons:

  • There is a manufacturing defect.
  • There was damage during shipping.
  • The wrong product was sent, if that applies.

If there was damage during shipping, you need to report it quickly with photos or videos.

4. Return Process

You should reach out to Stone Centre within the return period and give:

  • Your order details
  • A description of the problem
  • Clear photos or videos of the product

Assessment & Approval

Our team will check your return request.

Once approved, we will give you the steps to pick up or return the product and how to pack it.

5. Shipping & Transportation Charges

  • If the product is not defective, you will pay for the return shipping.
  • If the product is defective, the wrong product was sent, or there was confirmed damage during shipping, we may arrange or approve the return.
  • Costs like original shipping, loading, unloading, cranes, labor, handling, installation, or site work are not refundable unless Stone Centre says otherwise in writing.

6. Product Condition

The product should not be used and must be in the same condition as when it was delivered.

If the product has been used, installed, cut, polished, or altered, it can’t be returned.

7. Refund Eligibility

A refund is only given if the product meets the return conditions, which include:

  • Manufacturing defects
  • Damage during shipping

Once we get the product and check it, we will let you know if the refund is approved or not.

8. Refund Process

If approved, the refund will be processed within 7 business days.

The refund will be sent back through the same payment method you used, like bank transfer, card, or UPI.

9. Partial Refunds

If the issue is small or the damage is not major, we may offer a partial refund or a reasonable adjustment instead of a full refund.

10. Exchange / Replacement

We don’t offer direct exchanges.

However, if there is a quality issue or manufacturing problem, we may replace the product, depending on availability.

11. Natural Stone Variation

Natural stone is a natural material, and the following differences are normal:

  • Color
  • Pattern
  • Texture
  • Shade
  • Veining
  • Natural surface look

Natural changes like these are not considered defects.

Returns or refunds will not be given for differences in color, pattern, or texture.

12. Damage at Delivery

If you see any damage when the product arrives, you should:

  • Let the delivery team know about the damage.
  • Let Stone Centre know right away.
  • Send clear pictures or videos of the damage.

13. Inspection Before Dispatch

Stone Centre may check products before sending them out to help reduce any problems or issues during handling.

14. Custom-Made Products

Many natural stone products are made based on your order.

So, we usually don’t accept returns for these items unless there’s a problem made during production or damage during shipping.

15. Important Information

Natural stone is a heavy material and needs to be handled and shipped carefully.

You should report any issues that qualify for a return quickly so the product can be checked and the return process can begin safely.
